The Zamp platform provides a free API trial environment for developers to explore and test APIs before going live.
Trial data is rate-limited and automatically deleted after 30 days. When your API token is generated, Zamp automatically configures the test environment to include all 47 remote seller state registrations.
You must agree to the Developer trial terms and conditions before proceeding.

Step 1: Get a Registration Code

To begin, you need a registration code to generate an API token. The single-use registration code will be sent to your business email address and will expire 30 minutes after it is generated.
  1. Enter your business email address
  2. Receive a single-use registration code via email
  3. Use the code before it expires (30 minutes)
Always keep your token safe and reset it if you suspect it has been compromised.

Step 2: Generate an API Token

Using the registration code received in Step 1, generate your API token.
  • Enter the registration code from your email
  • Your token expires after 30 days
  • All test environment data automatically deletes after 30 days

Step 3: Authenticate and Begin Testing

Once your API token is generated, you can use it to authenticate requests and begin exploring the Zamp API. See the Calculations endpoint to start calculating taxes.
