Developer trial terms and conditions

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

1. Trial access

These terms govern your access to our API sandbox environment ("Sandbox"). By accessing the Sandbox, you agree to these terms. This is a trial account for development and testing purposes only.

2. Sandbox environment

  • The Sandbox is a non-production environment for testing and development only.
  • It is not intended for production use or live customer data.
  • The Sandbox may differ from production environments in functionality, performance, and availability.
  • We provide no guarantee of uptime, data persistence, or feature parity with production systems.

3. Prohibited activities

You may not:

  • Use the Sandbox for production purposes or with live customer data.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
  • Engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt the Sandbox or our systems.
  • Use the Sandbox for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Share your API credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our services.

4. Account termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your trial access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
  • Disable accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in suspicious activity.
  • Modify, limit, or discontinue the Sandbox at our discretion.

5. As-is service

THE SANDBOX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SANDBOX.

7. Data and privacy

  • Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information to the Sandbox
  • We may collect usage data and logs for system monitoring and improvement purposes.
  • We may delete Sandbox data at any time without notice.
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of any data you wish to preserve.

8. Rate limits and usage

  • We may impose rate limits, quotas, or other usage restrictions at our discretion.
  • Excessive or abusive usage may result in immediate account suspension.

9. Intellectual property

  • All intellectual property rights in the API and Sandbox remain our exclusive property.
  • These terms do not grant you any license or rights except as expressly stated.

10. Modifications

  • We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Sandbox after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Term and termination

  • The trial period duration is at our discretion and may be terminated at any time.
  • Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Sandbox and API credentials.
  • Sections 5, 6, and 9 survive termination.

12. General

  • These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Sandbox access.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
